The Phlebotomist is responsible for drawing and collecting various blood throat and urine specimens from all age groups on inpatients and outpatients. Gives proper instructions and paperwork needed for athome collections to the patient. Crosstrained to fill in for drawing stations or lab clerk and as needed.

• 1 Years of Experience in a Hospital Setting Required

• 2 Supervisory Reference Forms taken within the last two years
• Candidates Permanent Address (Facility will not consider local candidates 100mile radius restriction)

• BLS (AHA)
