Weekend Requirements: Part of Shift /Holiday coverage required if needed/scheduled

Travel Policy: LOCAL TRAVELERS (those who reside within 50 miles of the facility) WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS NEED. To avoid delays in processing please provide a perm address at profile upload.

Dress code: Hospital blue scrubs (provided) business casual with a lab coat and basic plain personal scrubs. No hooded sweatshirts. Closedtoe shoes shoessneakers or clogs. Hair worn pulled back if longer than shoulder length no dangling earrings.

RTO requests for Memorial Day July 4 and Labor Day (including weekends before/after) will not be approved.

Requested time off during this assignment MUST be noted and verified at upload. RTO REQUESTS AFTER UPLOAD WILL NOT BE APPROVED. NO MORE THAN 5 DAYS OF RTO WILL BE ACCEPTED (less is better).

• 1 year of current CT Tech experience in a hospital setting Required
• MUST be proficient/highly experienced with the following; Fluoroscopy Digital Radiography Portables & OR carm Required
• MUST have experience with ALL age groups Required
• Previous travel experience Preferred
