  1. Sales Strategy and Planning:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive digital sales strategy aligned with company goals.
  • Identify key market segments and potential clients to target for digital advertising services.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales collateral and presentations.
  1. Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
  • Prospect and acquire new clients by understanding their business needs and proposing tailored digital advertising solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Act as a trusted advisor providing clients with insights and recommendations to optimize their digital marketing strategies.
  1. Revenue Generation:
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through a combination of new client acquisition and upselling to existing clients.
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts ensuring terms are mutually beneficial and aligned with company objectives.
  1. Collaboration and Communication:
  • Work closely with the creative and digital teams to ensure seamless execution of digital campaigns.
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to share market insights client feedback and sales performance.
  1. Market Research and Analysis:
  • Stay informed about industry trends competitor activities and emerging technologies in the digital advertising space.
  • Conduct regular market research to identify new opportunities and areas for growth.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
  • 8 years of proven experience in digital sales within an advertising agency.
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms technologies and trends.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
