Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze current capacity and identify areas for improvement
• Estimate future capacity requirements based on data and trends
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand capacity needs
• Develop and implement capacity planning strategies
• Utilize mathematical models and simulations to forecast capacity
• Identify and resolve capacity constraints and bottlenecks
• Optimize resource allocation for maximum efficiency
• Create and maintain capacityrelated documentation and reports
• Stay updated on industry best practices in capacity estimation
• Participate in capacityrelated project planning and decisionmaking
• Provide technical expertise in capacity planning and optimization
• Conduct regular capacity assessments and audits
• Proactively identify potential capacity issues and recommend solutions
• Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to align capacity with demand
• Adhere to quality and compliance standards in capacityrelated processes

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering Mathematics or related field
• Proven experience in capacity estimation and planning
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills
• Proficiency in technical tools and software for capacity analysis
• Excellent problemsolving and critical thinking abilities
• Understanding of manufacturing or operational processes
• Ability to work collaboratively in a crossfunctional environment
• Effective communication and presentation skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in capacity assessments
• Knowledge of statistical and modeling techniques for capacity forecasting
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations in capacity management
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple capacity projects
• Adaptability to evolving capacity requirements and business needs
• Certifications in capacity planning or related fields (preferred)
• Experience with capacity management software (preferred)
