Room Attendant:
Providing high standards of room and public area
cleaning along with providing exceptional services
to the guests.
Ensuring preparation for VIP arrivals of to be aware of
VIP arrivals & arranging special amenities
Ensuring high level of hotel foyer and entrance
presentation is maintained at all times.
Ensuring the rooms are cleaned as per the established
Hotel guidelines and procedures
Communicating guest special request to the appropriate
department(s) and following up to make certain the
request has been fulfilled in accordance with the guest s
wishes.
Requirements
Skills and Experience :
A good knowledge of Housekeeping systems and
procedures
Being able to work as part of team delivering high
standards of service
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Room Attendant
