As an Associate Level Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through online communication channels, such as chat, email, and social media platforms. Provide accurate information and solutions to customers in a timely manner. 3. Assist in managing online customer accounts and profiles. 4. Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve customer concerns. 5. Monitor and respond to customer feedback on social media platforms. 6.
