Role Overview:

• Data Pipeline Mastery: Spearhead the creation of sophisticated data pipelines adhering to advanced data engineering principles for scalable and efficient pipeline development. Showcase your expertise in model development deployment and coding standards.
• Pipeline Enhancement: Elevate our existing data and model pipelines within a live environment. Tackle data inconsistencies bridge data voids with meticulous research and leverage your deep understanding of AI and ML principles to refine predictive modeling systems.
• Collaborative Engineering: Work closely with our data science brigade to refine and document modelready datasets ensuring seamless data model design and comprehensive feature documentation.
• Data Analysis and amp; Discovery: Lead the charge in data analysis ensuring the quality and business relevance of raw data sources for model crafting. Utilize discovery tools to heighten model development efficiency.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Decode complex business processes into structured analytical projects translating stakeholder requirements into actionable datadriven strategies.
• Model Monitoring and amp; Troubleshooting: Craft and maintain scripts for continuous model monitoring swiftly addressing and resolving any emergent issues with precision and strategic coordination.

What We Seek:

• A robust command over AI/ML paradigms with specialized knowledge in fields such as Speech Recognition NLP Reinforcement Learning and more.
• Demonstrable experience across the ML development spectrum familiar with deep learning architectures like Transformers and GANs among others.
• Solid software engineering skills with proficiency in ML and DL libraries (numpy scikitlearn keras PyTorch TensorFlow).
• A keen ability to evaluate the practical applications of algorithms with a knack for crafting clean industrystandard code and reproducible models.
