As a Customer Support Representative this position is to interact with customers to schedule service appointments and manage all related data. You will serve as a key contact and liaison for customers to ensure their total satisfaction. This work will ensure clear documentation of all interactions and maintain our high standard of data quality. In a customer service capacity you will interact with customers on an ongoing basis entering orders handling requests and providing support needed in a timely professional and courteous manner.


This is a fully remote position. Employees must be located in United States (applicants outside USA will not be considered). The starting wage is $22.59/hour with weekly pay PTO and benefits available after 10 days of employment.

Responsibilities

  • Answer phones and direct calls to appropriate person.
  • Prepare purchase orders for daily receipts and order office supplies.
  • Ensure every customer experience is top notch in quality.
  • Ability to keep records of call transactions with strong written skills to clearly document details of calls.
  • Coordinate customer service requests including order entry pricing expediting billing order maintenance credit and claims.
  • Forward calls and messages to the appropriate recipients in a timely manner.
  • Continuously strive to improve client satisfaction and retention by delivering exceptional service and seeking feedback to identify areas for improvement.


Skills and amp; Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (additional relevant certifications or education is a plus).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient computer skills including experience with other customer service tools.
  • Ability to handle a variety of customer situations with enthusiasm and tact.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work well under pressure prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.


Job Type: Fulltime Parttime


Pay: $22.59 $30.59 per hour


Expected hours: 35 per week
