As a Customer Support Representative this position is to interact with customers to schedule service appointments and manage all related data. You will serve as a key contact and liaison for customers to ensure their total satisfaction. This work will ensure clear documentation of all interactions and maintain our high standard of data quality. In a customer service capacity you will interact with customers on an ongoing basis entering orders handling requests and providing support needed in a timely professional and courteous manner.
This is a fully remote position. Employees must be located in United States (applicants outside USA will not be considered). The starting wage is $22.59/hour with weekly pay PTO and benefits available after 10 days of employment.
