• Shift: Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm EST.
  
• Work setup: Permanent WFH/Remote
  

• Lead Qualification: Rigorously evaluate and qualify leads from provided data sources to ensure they meet the criteria for potential customers.
  
• Appointment Scheduling: Proactively reach out to qualified leads to schedule appointments for AEs. Ensure these appointments are wellaligned with the AEs schedules and sales strategies.
  
• Multichannel Outreach:
  

• Email Communication: Utilize email platforms including Outplay to effectively communicate with leads providing relevant information and nurturing their interest.
  
• Phone Engagement: Engage with leads through phone calls to establish a more personal connection assess their needs and schedule appointments.
  
• Social Media Interaction: Actively use platforms like LinkedIn (if relevant) and Instagram for outreach leveraging social media tools to connect with and qualify leads.
  

• Lead Tracking and Management: Maintain accurate and uptodate records of all interactions with leads in SFDC and Outplay ensuring a seamless handoff to AEs.
  
• Performance Metrics: Consistently meet or exceed set targets for lead qualification and appointment scheduling.
  
• Collaboration and Reporting: Work closely with the inhouse sales team to align strategies and provide regular updates on lead generation and appointment scheduling progress.
  
• Market Research and Feedback: Stay informed about industry trends and provide feedback on lead responses contributing to the refinement of outreach strategies.
  
• Compliance and Best Practices: Adhere to all regulatory compliance requirements and best practices in outreach and data handling.
  

• English Level: C1
  
• Proven experience in lead qualification appointment scheduling or similar roles.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Proficiency in CRM software (e.g. Salesforce) and outreach tools (e.g. Outplay).
  
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  
• Ability to thrive in a fastpaced collaborative environment.
