Dive into Impact: Your Key Responsibilities as an Engagement Leader

Employee Engagement

  • Develop strategic employee engagement programs and initiatives to promote a positive work culture and elevate employee experience.
  • Lead the execution of the annual engagement calendar guided by identified measures of success.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive communication strategy for strategic employee engagement ensuring clear and effective channels of communication internally and externally.
  • Assist other geos in executing countryspecific programs considering various time zones and cultural nuances.
  • Act as the lead for companywide activities and events.
  • Stay up to date on the latest trends and best practices in strategic employee engagement.

Reporting

  • Conduct surveys and focus groups to gather feedback and continuously improve programs.
  • Utilize survey data and other metrics to create regular reports on the impact of engagement activities.
  • Develop and maintain outcomebased metrics to measure the effectiveness of activities.

Vendor Management

  • Source out providers and suppliers and negotiate terms and price.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and service providers on local procurement and services requirements related to activities.

Leadership and Development

  • Lead and mentor the team provide guidance and continuously develop team members by deploying different methodologies for development.
  • Facilitate any Discipline Management Processes for team members as necessary.
  • Participate in all weekly and monthly department/division meetings.
  • Evaluate the performance of direct reports.

Stakeholder Management

  • Collaborate with various divisions for seamless implementation of employee engagement initiatives and better understand varying employee needs and concerns per division.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders in the promotion of activities.

Other Responsibilities

  • Abide by and perform all functions duties and responsibilities assigned by the Company.
  • Comply with the orders and instructions given by the Company through its authorized representatives.
  • Perform any administrative or nonadministrative duties as assigned by any of the Company s representatives through direct written order or verbal assignment.
Elevate Your Profile: Essential Skills for Success in this Role
  • Bachelors degree in any field
  • At least five (5) years of solid experience in organizing strategic engagement activities from ideation to implementation preferably with a background in a multinational organization
  • Must have experience in handling companywide events both virtual and in person for a large group of employees
  • Relevant work experience in a fastpaced environment
  • Proven experience in internal communications and/or workforce engagement
  • Experience facilitating events to meet corporate and/or service area requirements
  • Exposure to different ranges of internal communications tools for different audiences and purposes
  • Excellent interpersonal influencing/negotiating skills working with a range of stakeholders
  • Effective presentation skills
  • Demonstrates commitment and enthusiasm
  • Be able to work flexibly to meet the demands of the role
