Requirements

We are seeking dynamic and wellconnected individuals to join our club as Superconnectors. The ideal candidates will be at the nexus of influential networks and possess the unique ability to bring people together. **Key Responsibilities:**

Actively engage with members within and outside the club to foster strong collaborative relationships.
Identify and connect individuals whose interests and goals align facilitating mutually beneficial partnerships.
Organize and participate in networking events and activities to introduce members to each other.
Stay informed about the latest trends and developments in various industries to provide valuable insights and connections.
Maintain a robust and dynamic network continuously expanding your reach to include a diverse range of influential individuals.

TYPICAL DAY & DUTIES: Manage/mentor the sales team. Including, but limited to, managing the day-to-day activities of the team, motivating the team to achieve organizational goals, and contact training of the team members to maximize their potential. Responsible for the revenue/growth of most of our client's channel partners, including SI, MSP, VAR, DMR (such as CDW, Insight, etc.), and small ISP (less than 30,000 subscribers). Manage and develop partner pipelines, maintain forecast accuracy, and achieve/exceed quarterly and annual revenue objectives. Serve as liaison between partner and internal teams, providing single-point-of-contact for the partner relationship. OVERNIGHT TRAVEL one week or less per month of overnight travel.
