Designation : Customer Support

Location : Kolkata
Interview Mode: Online
Shift: Night Shift
Week Off: 2 Days rotational



Responsibilities:
  • The primary job of a customer service representative is to address customer issues and resolve them in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Support reps interact with customers on a variety of channels such as phone email and social media
  • And ensure that all valid customer concerns are being dealt with immediately.

Requirements

Candidate should have :

  • Good Communication skills take calls Over Phone which involves working in different time zones
  • Take calls from Global clients and initiate the right response to them positively and professionally flexible to work in shifts.
  • Excellent English both verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Good technical knowledge

Qualification: Undergraduate/ Graduate with 2yr experience candidates can attend interviews.
