- Minimum of 5 years of work experience in developing conversational AI solutions, with a focus on chatbot development.
- Extensive familiarity with pertinent frameworks used in chatbot development, such as Dialogflow, Microsoft Bot Framework, Rasa etc.
- Capability to work autonomously and effectively in an asynchronous work environment.
- Strong proficiency in NLP/LLM and the ability to implement NLP techniques effectively.
