What youll do:

Ensure that corrective actions comply with standardsacceptable reliability and that the documentation meets therequirements of Autoliv and its customers.

Develop modify apply and maintain standards and protocolsquality to process materials into subassemblies or productsfinished.Collaborate with other engineering and manufacturing areasto ensure that quality standards exist and are maintained.

Design and implement methods and procedures toinspect test evaluate the precision and accuracy of products andproduction equipment. Design and specify the mechanisms andinspection and testing equipment.

Establish the necessary controls for each operation with thepurpose of guaranteeing compliance with product quality.

Analyze SCRAP report and work together with the AMG toestablish actions that help reduce scrap for usersmore serious more common and higher cost problems.

What is required:

Education:Industrial Engineering or related

2 years (Automotive industry desirable)

Advanced English skills

Knowledge: Core Tools8DsSpecific customer requirements etc.

Soft skills: Drive Customer FocusDisplay Global PerspectiveMake Sound Decisions etc.
