Position: SAP MES Sr. Consultant
Location: Pune
Job Type: Contract
Work Type: Onsite
Job Description:
- Configuration and maintenance: Configure and maintain workflows related to manufacturing and equipment management within the SAP MES system.
- Data management: Manage production data flow in realtime ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Process optimization: Identify and implement opportunities to improve efficiency quality and yield within the production process.
- Integration: Define and implement interfaces between SAP MES and other enterprise systems (ERP CRM etc.).
- Reporting and analysis: Generate reports and analyze data to provide insights into production performance and identify areas for improvement.
- User support: Train and support endusers on how to use the SAP MES system effectively.
- Project management: Participate in SAP MES implementation and improvement projects.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and best practices.
- Experience with SAP software preferably SAP MES.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
