Graphic Designer

Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and design various materials for print and digital collateral
• Work with creative team to produce final design
• Translate client needs and branding strategies into design
• Amend designs after feedback
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing
• Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
• Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing tasks as needed
• Communicate with team leads to ensure designs align with expectations
• Track time and resource allocation to manage project timelines
• Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing goals as needed
• Establish creative direction for the company as well as brand guidelines
• Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in graphic design or related field
• Proven graphic designing experience
• A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
• Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign Illustrator Dreamweaver Photoshop)
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details
• Excellent communication skills
• Abreast with the latest design trends and techniques
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
• Problemsolving aptitude
• Up to date with industryleading software and technologies
• Highly proficient in all design aspects
• Professionalism regarding time costs and deadlines
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a team setting
• Strong interpersonal skills
