Senior Salesforce Developer

Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers
• Design and develop robust and scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex and Visualforce
• Create custom reports and dashboards to provide key insights
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements
• Implement and maintain integrations with thirdparty systems
• Perform code reviews and ensure best practices are followed
• Optimize Salesforce performance and troubleshoot issues
• Keep uptodate with Salesforce capabilities releases and best practices
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams
• Participate in the full software development life cycle

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or related field
• Salesforce Platform Developer I and II certifications
• 5 years of experience in Salesforce development
• Proficiency in Apex Visualforce and Lightning components
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and APIs
• Experience with Salesforce integration using REST and SOAP APIs
• Ability to lead and mentor a team of developers
• Excellent problemsolving and communication skills
• Experience in Agile development methodologies
• Knowledge of JavaScript HTML CSS and related web technologies
• Experience with CI/CD tools and processes for Salesforce
• Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced collaborative team environment
• Strong analytical and debugging skills
• Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud is a plus
