Are you a seasoned Product Head looking for a new challenge in a firm that prides
itself on its stability culture and core values With over 50 years experience
The group is launching a new company and is looking for a Product Head to
lead and build an suite of AIdriven products. This pivotal role offers the unique
opportunity to profoundly enhance the healthcare experience for millions across the
United States.
We are seeking a strong software Product Head to work with our team environment
in order to deliver the best software platform to our innovative and industryleading
clients.
The Product Head will set the product vision strategy execution of the suite of
products that would be launched under our new company. You will work directly
with the visionary cofounders of the company to redefine the US Healthcare
industry one life at a time. You will be responsible for roadmap development and
will guide a highly skilled engineering team to build the product suite. Excellent
communication skills are vital since you will be working with multiple stakeholders
across the organization including cofounders customers engineers marketing
teams and product designers.
Candidates are required to have management experience US Healthcare
experience and a strong product portfolio.
Job Description
Strategy and Vision
Work with the cofounders to define product vision roadmap and
growth opportunities.
Lead the planning of product release plans and set expectations for
delivery of new functionalities.
Provide vision and direction to the agile development team and
stakeholders throughout the project and create requirements.
Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the
product.
Assess value develop cases and prioritize stories epics and themes to
ensure work focuses on those with maximum value aligned with
product strategy.
Research and Market Analysis
Conduct Market and User Research to identify pain points in the US
Healthcare industry and identify product innovations and
differentiators.
Research and analyze the market the users and the roadmap for the
product and make necessary recommendations.
Actively follow industry trends key players and competition.
Additionally assess market competition by comparing the company's
product to competitors' products
Product Leadership and Management
Collaborate with the technical lead to create and maintain a product
backlog according to business value or ROI.
Provide backlog management iteration planning and elaboration of
the user stories.
Contribute towards identifying business case and financial models.
Lead the requirements gathering effort on the epics as needed
consulting with product management implementations clients and
other stakeholders.
Provide an active role in mitigating impediments impacting the
successful team completion of release/sprint goals
Team and Stakeholder Collaboration
Help define Product GTM (GoToMarket) along with the marketing and
leadership team.
Attend scrum meetings including standups retrospectives and demos.
Demonstrate the latest iterations to stakeholders and gather feedback.
Keep abreast with agile/scrum best practices and new trends.
Qualifications
B.S. and an advanced degree in a technical field required
15 years of experience as a product leader with a strong understanding of US
Healthcare market
Strategic & creative thinker with the ability to craft gotomarket strategies
and campaigns in collaboration with marketing
Demonstrated knowledge of operational issues with managing and rolling
out highly scalable technology platforms
Able to formulate and implement global strategies for products
Customercentric mindset with the capability of translating that into the
product development process
Successfully implemented datadriven processes to turn a vision into an
actionable roadmap
People leader with demonstrated success in leading and mentoring the
research design and development team
Strong project management skills and attention to detail
Understand the user experience and design
Direct experience with digital management software or workplace
collaboration software is desired
Able to distill product roadmaps into digestible and relevant presentations to
key customers and partners
Drive product analytics to understand feature usage comprehension and
optimization
Excellent verbal and oral communication skills
