Overview:


The Inside Sales (SaaS) Executive Hybrid plays a crucial role in our organization by driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies customer relationship management and product knowledge. This position requires maintaining a balance between remotely engaging clients and collaborating with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage a sales pipeline by engaging with potential customers via phone email and digital channels
  • Understand customer needs and offer solutions that meet their requirements
  • Conduct software demonstrations to effectively communicate product features and benefits
  • Negotiate pricing and contractual terms to close sales
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies
  • Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs
  • Utilize CRM to maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to the management team
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitive offerings
  • Participate in occasional onsite visits to key clients

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field
  • Proven inside sales experience in the SaaS industry
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and methodologies
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in using CRM software to manage customer interactions
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced targetdriven environment
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Adaptability to a hybrid work model balancing remote and inperson engagements
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to travel occasionally for inperson client meetings
