HSEQ Advisor

Responsibilities:

• Proficiency in Health and Safety legislation and its practical application
  
• Ensuring company adherence to internal management systems
  
• Sitebased duties involving nationwide travel and potential night shifts
  
• Providing internal HSEQ support
  
• Presenting findings to the HSEQ Manager
  
• Effective communication across all company levels from site operatives to directors
  
• Advocating for safety and engaging with workforce representatives
  
• Conducting incident investigations and delivering reports
  
• Crafting and submitting sitespecific safe systems of work documentation (e.g. RAMS CoSHH lift plans) for client review and approval
  

Requirements

Essential skills/Qualifications:

• Possession of recognized safety qualifications (IOSH NEBOSH BSC etc.)
  
• Strong communication abilities
  
• Demonstrated comprehension of Health and Safety Law
  
• Experience in team collaboration and selfmanagement onsite
  
• Valid drivers license
  
• Ability to work night shifts when necessary
  
  

Desirable skills/Qualifications:

• Understanding of Environmental law
  
• Familiarity with Lift Plan requirements
  
• Track record of reporting issues as well as positive outcomes
