Responsibilities: Manage all finance andaccounting related functions such as Accounts Payable, AccountsReceivable, Bank Reconciliation and other related activities. Ensure accurate and timely reconciliation of cash flow andfinancial transactions. Proactively analyze financial reports andaccounts to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Provide professionalguidance and feedback to staff members and management. Develop andimplement accounting processes and procedures to streamlineoperations and improve accuracy and efficiency. Prepare financialstatements, corporate income taxes and audit reports for internaland external use. Ensure compliance with all applicableregulations, laws and reporting requirements.
