• Develop, implement & manage organic social media strategy
  
• Conduct competitive research, messaging and audience identification
  
• Develop monthly social media content plan
  
• Plan, create, publish and share new content (including original text, images & video) that builds meaningful customer connections, increases brand awareness and encourages community members to engage with the brand
  
• Optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company s social content
  
• Create social media reports monthly
  
• Capture and analyse the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and social media practices to measure the success of every social media campaign/post, then use that information to refine future campaigns and content
  
• Caption & schedule all posts across all channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest & TikTok). Ensure our platforms speak to the company values
  
• Respond to comments, engage with audiences & direct messages daily
  
• Practice active social media listening daily (reaching out to buyers/sellers/recruits)
  
• Keep abreast of the latest social media best practices and technologies
  
• Do thorough market research to ensure all content is informative and appealing
  
• Exploring, testing, and optimizing different social media channels to suit the brand s audience.
  
• Create social media webinars / training materials Assist our network with their social media and advise them on how to optimise their pages to achieve valuable leads
