Operational • To ensure complete and accurate postings of financial records, this role is responsible to perform the following tasks: • Maintain excellence in service delivery by timely response time to queries from QRH Commercial teams and external parties including suppliers and Sutherland Global Services (SGS). • Accurate postings of Daily Sales transactions. • Perform checks on sales documents and liaise with QRH Commercial teams. • Validate booking refund requests, account for the correct reversal entries and process payments to customers in accordance to the applicable Finance policies. • Match supplier invoice payable to supplier accrual for the QRH trading business. • Provide assistance to QRH Finance team to address any query from QRH Commercial teams. • Perform other department duties related to his/her position as directed by the Head of the Department. Personal Development • Take responsibility for own ongoing personal development and growth of expertise. • Keep abreast with any market trends and developments • Assist in the response to any emergency or a major operational disruption affecting • Train Qatari staff in various duties as per business requirements
