Role: Membership Sales Advisor

Location: Bermondsey

Salary: 24000 (OTE: 29000)

This is a fantastic opportunity for a naturally driven sales person to be part of a brand new 24/7 gym in the heart of Bermondsey. Anytime Fitness is an exciting 24/7 gym franchise with more than 180 clubs currently open in the UK with customer service at its core.

We are looking for a naturally proactive focused sales driven individual to be part of our Membership Sales Team who can generate fresh leads and convert them into membership sales.

You will have an outgoing personality and be extremely confident in facetoface meetings and on the telephone. Ideally you will be adept at social media and full of ideas how to reach prospective new members in the local area. You will also be processing membership admin and assisting existing members to gain the most from their membership.

Requirements:

A highenergy extroverted personality * Naturally sales focused and target driven. * Preferably experienced in selling * Approachable and personable with a sense of fun * Adept at Social Media

Our ideal candidate will be:

Due to the flexible working patterns that include evenings and weekends it is important that you live within a reasonable commute to Epsom.

Responsibilities and Duties

Promoting and representing the AF brand by generating awareness of the new club within the local catchment area.

* Recruit new members in order to achieve set sales targets.

* Provide precise information to prospective members in an efficient and professional manner.

* Communicate with prospects by phone email and faceto face * Planning and running marketing and member events in and out of club

* Undertake daily operational duties around club including but limited to resetting the gym floor cleaning gym equipment general house keeping and service duties.

* Open and closing shifts of the club including early late middle and weekend shifts on a rota basis as per the business needs.

Qualifications and Skills

Our ideal candidate will have experience selling in a target driven environment and will have excellent interpersonal and administrative skills. Previous handling of business social media accounts is an advantage particularly Facebook and Instagram.

However your personality customer service focus drive and energy is more valuable than experience.
