About the role

As an HR Intern you will dive into the world of human resources gaining handson experience in recruitment employee relations and HR administration.

Role Title: HR Intern

Location: Delhi

Duration: 6Months

Stipend 10k (Per Month)

Educational Qualification: Bachelor / Masters degree

Role & Responsibilities:

• Assist with recruitment tasks such as job postings resume screening and interview scheduling.
• Support the onboarding process for new hires including paperwork preparation and orientation assistance.
• Help maintain HR databases and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
• Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and assist with event planning.
• Provide administrative support to the HR team including organizing meetings and preparing materials.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
• Strong communication skills with a professional demeanor.
• Detailoriented and able to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
• Eager to learn and contribute in a fastpaced environment.
