We are working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy. They are seeking to onboard a Danish Czech Slovak or Germanspeaking Customer Support Advisor to join their teams in Greece to support a project that mobility and transport financial services.
Location: Athens Greece (Work from home/Remote in Greece available too)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle all incoming contacts from customers of a retail company through various channels (phone email and chat)
- Develop your knowledge continuously to effectively answer customer queries and resolve potential issues
- Use adequate tools processes and/or methods to ensure the provision of accurate valid and complete information
- Make sure that great levels of client service is delivered at all times and ensure a positive experience
REQUIREMENTS:
- C1 level of German Danish Czech or Slovak and C1 English both oral and written
- Passionate about customers and customer service
- Problemsolving skills
- Upbeat and positive attitude
- Ability to identify apply and explain your product and/or service expertise with clarity
