SAP PS Functional Lead

Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage SAP PS implementation projects including requirement gathering solution design configuration and testing.
• Provide subject matter expertise in SAP PS functionality including project planning budgeting resource management and cost control.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into SAP PS solutions.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate end users on SAP PS functionality and best practices.
• Identify and resolve issues related to SAP PS configuration integration and performance.
• Develop and maintain project documentation including functional specifications test plans and training materials.
• Participate in crossfunctional meetings to ensure alignment between SAP PS and other modules such as FI/CO and MM.
• Support system enhancements and upgrades by conducting impact analysis and leading change management activities.
• Collaborate with the technical team to develop and implement custom solutions and interfaces as needed.
• Act as a liaison between the business and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery and user satisfaction.
• Stay updated on SAP PS best practices industry trends and new functionality to drive continuous improvement.
• Participate in the evaluation and selection of thirdparty solutions and vendors to complement SAP PS functionality.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members and assist in their professional development.
• Contribute to the overall SAP roadmap and strategy by providing insights and recommendations based on SAP PS expertise.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in SAP PS implementation configuration and support.
• Proven experience in leading SAP PS projects as a functional lead or solution architect.
• Indepth knowledge of SAP PS functionality including project structures WBS elements network activities and resourcerelated billing.
• Strong understanding of integration points between SAP PS and other modules such as SAP Finance and Material Management.
• Experience in conducting workshops training sessions and end user support for SAP PS.
• Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into SAP PS solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with business stakeholders technical teams and management.
• Certification in SAP PS or other relevant SAP modules is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team of SAP PS consultants and developers.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and familiarity with SAP Activate methodology is a plus.
• Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to resolve complex technical issues related to SAP PS functionality.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools such as Agile and Waterfall.
• Experience in working with global and crossfunctional teams in a multinational organization.
• Ability to travel as needed to support project implementations and collaborate with global stakeholders.
