Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and analyze business processes
• Design configure and implement SAP BRIM and SOM solutions
• Provide expertise in SAP Billing and Revenue Innovation Management (BRIM) and Sales Order Management (SOM)
• Lead workshops training sessions and knowledge transfer activities
• Perform system testing and support user acceptance testing
• Develop and maintain project documentation
• Conduct problemsolving and troubleshooting for SAP BRIM and SOM
• Ensure successful integration with other SAP modules and thirdparty systems
• Stay updated with SAP BRIM and SOM best practices and new features
• Collaborate with technical teams for system enhancements and upgrades
• Support postimplementation activities and provide ongoing application support
• Participate in project planning and estimation
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and project teams
• Adhere to project timelines and deliverables
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field
• 5 years of handson experience with SAP BRIM and SOM implementation and support
• Expertise in SAP BRIM integration with SAP CRM and SAP ECC
• Demonstrated knowledge of SAP BRIM functionality including subscription order management billing and invoicing
• Experience in SAP BRIM configuration and pricing
• Strong understanding of SAP SOM processes and integration with other SAP modules
• Proven ability to lead and manage SAP BRIM and SOM projects
• Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills
• Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Certification in SAP BRIM or relevant modules is a plus
• Experience in Agile and/or Scrum methodologies
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong commitment to quality and continuous improvement
• Willingness to travel occasionally as per project requirements
