Job Description

Overview:

The Sales ExecutiveMeghna Realty plays a crucial role in driving sales and revenue for Meghna Realty by effectively managing the sales process and building strong relationships with clients. They are responsible for promoting and selling real estate properties ensuring client satisfaction and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting market research to identify potential leads
  • Meeting with clients to understand their property requirements
  • Promoting and selling properties through various channels
  • Negotiating contracts and closing deals
  • Providing guidance and assistance to clients throughout the sales process
  • Maintaining an uptodate knowledge of real estate market trends
  • Preparing and delivering sales presentations to potential clients
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies
  • Monitoring competition and staying ahead in the market
  • Attending industry events and networking to expand the client base
  • Ensuring compliance with real estate regulations and legal requirements
  • Conducting property viewings and inspections
  • Preparing sales reports and forecasts
  • Delivering exceptional customer service to build longterm relationships
  • Managing clients inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Real Estate or related field
  • Proven experience in real estate sales or a similar role
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong knowledge of the local real estate market
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in sales and CRM software
  • Customerfocused with a passion for delivering exceptional service
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment
  • Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
  • Valid real estate license and/or certification
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationshipbuilding skills
  • Proactive and resultsdriven mindset
  • Detailoriented with strong organizational skills
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required
  • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and client needs
