Essential requirements:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
More than 5 years of experience in Salesforce development with a proven track record of leading largescale Salesforce projects particularly in Service Cloud.
Salesforce Developer certifications (Platform Developer I & II) required; additional Salesforce certifications are a plus.
Expertise in Apex Visualforce Lightning Components and Salesforce APIs.
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture security model and best practices in development and deployment.
Experience with Salesforce integrations data migration and custom development.
Excellent problemsolving analytical and project management skills.
Outstanding communication and leadership abilities with the capacity to mentor and motivate team members.
Ability to work effectively in both team and independent settings managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
Meritorious:
Familiarity with integrating Salesforce and telephony systems specifically through Computer Telephony Integration (CTI) is an advantage.
A keen interest in or experience with Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies as applied within the Salesforce ecosystem.
