Our client is looking for an Account Manager to join their team!

Job Description


As an Account Manager you will be a pivotal point of contact for our clients and will work closely with Sales and Account Executives. We are seeking an Account Manager to join our team in Scottsdale AZ. This inoffice position that offers the flexibility to work from home up to 2 days a week after completion of training.

Your responsibilities include:
  • Strategic Collaboration: Work with Sales and Account Executive to develop and implement marketing strategies for new and renewal accounts.
  • Client Services: Provide daily client services process policies endorsements invoicing certificates of insurance etc.
  • Communication Liaison: Act as a liaison between internal departments ensuring effective communication and support to external sources.
  • Compliance Management: Manage compliance and adherence for each account analyzing client policies for accuracy.
  • File Maintenance: Responsible for electronic file setup and maintenance along with ongoing filing and documentation of client meetings/issues/decisions.
  • Workload Prioritization: Plan prioritize and complete daytoday workload considering new business renewal business and daytoday service responsibilities.
  • Confidentiality and Integrity: Ensure the confidentiality integrity and availability of protected health information.
  • Analytical Thinking: Apply analytical thinking and problemsolving skills.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with various staff members.
  • Attention to Detail and Organization: Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills.

Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent strongly preferred
  • Work Experience: 3 years in Group Benefits and at least 1 years in Account Management strongly preferred.
  • Industry Knowledge: Bachelor's degree or equivalent strongly preferred • License: Arizona Life & Health Insurance License preferred.
  • Skills: Strong business acumen teamwork written/verbal communication organizational and time management skills
  • Attributes: Sense of urgency attention to detail and a desire to learn are necessities
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word Excel Outlook etc.).
