Integration Manager mfd

Your mission

• As part of our crossfunctional connectivity team you will support the setup and optimization of various interfaces on our customers Windows systems as well as REST APIbased
• You will coordinate the process of setting up connectivity with customers partners and our Customer Success Team to ensure successful onboarding
• You will analyze and address customer concerns recognise and resolve connectivity issues to increase customer satisfaction
• Together with the connectivity team and partners you identify opportunities for improvement in our processes and connections
• As part of the team you ensure measurability of quality and reliability in our interfaces and team processes

Your profile

• You are ITsavvy have a degree in computer science or information technology course of study or several years of comparable working experience
• You are experienced with ticket management tools like Jira CRM tools like Salesforce (or similar) SQL and Excel knowledge is a plus
• You are good at structuring yourself and coordinating others like working in a team and optimizing processes
• You like to communicate (German C1 English B2) are helpful and have a good feeling for your counterpart
• You are located in Germany
