Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience leading in a DoD manufacturing environment with a collective bargaining workforce.
- Experience utilizing SAP, Shop floor data systems and other business systems.
- Experience with Six-Sigma / CORE and lean manufacturing processes
- Excellent organizational, customer service, communication, presentation, and team building skills, and the ability to present to senior leadership.
- Ability to execute against tight deadlines.
