IT PMO

Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled IT PMO to join our team at L&F. The IT PMO will be responsible for overseeing all project management activities within the IT department ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. This role will play a key part in driving the success of our IT initiatives and ensuring alignment with business goals.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain project management processes and methodologies
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets
• Provide leadership and guidance to project teams
• Identify and mitigate project risks
• Manage project resources effectively
• Prepare and present project status reports to senior management

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in IT or related field
• 5 years of experience in project management
• PMP certification is preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment
