NET Developer

Position: Fulltime

Citizenship: U.S. Citizenship or Green Card

Location: Tallahassee FL and Teleworking at Contractor s Personal Residences within the Tallahassee FL

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Contractor will perform the following tasks in the time and manner specified:
  
• Modify develop design and maintain .NET applications daily as directed by the Department.
  
• Design and modify model objects (tables views indexes) daily as directed by the Department.
  
• Develop adhoc queries on MSSQL databases daily as directed by the Department.
  
• Provide analytical services for system incidents and enhancements daily as directed by the Department.
  
• Process defect tickets to correct system errors within two business days as directed by the Department.
  
• Process release tickets to manage user requirements within the timeframe directed by the specific ticket request. The response (due) date of tickets assigned will range from one hour to more than one week as directed by the Department.
  
• Process change tickets to implement system changes on a weekly basis as directed by the Department.
  
• Provide analytical services on systems to implement userdefined requirements daily as directed by the Department.
  
• Process defect tickets to correct system errors within two business days as directed by the Department.
  
• Provide analytical services on systems to identify operational efficiencies daily as directed by the Department.
  
• Document system technical objects business requirements business processes and system processes as directed by the Department.
  
• Test application code as directed by the Department and Perform testing on system changes to meet userdefined requirements weekly as directed by the Department.
  

• 1014 years of experience with the following technologies and products: objectoriented and objectrelational design and development web technologies XML HTML MS SQL Microsoft .Net (VB.Net C#.Net ASP.Net MVC) MS Visual Studio 2012 and 2019.
  
• 1014 years of experience with modifying developing designing and maintaining .NET applications to meet design and change specifications.
  
• 1014 years of experience with MS versioning tool.
  
• 811 years of experience with creating and maintaining technical documentation for all development tasks.
  
• 811 years of experience in creating technical specifications .NET and SQL coding standards.
  
• 811 years of experience in creating and managing crystal reports.
  
• Experience with the Department s ATACS system other tobacco prevention reporting/information systems or other community activity tracking systems.
  

MS SQL Related Experience:

• 1014 years of experience with MS SQL products inclusive of MS SQL 2008/2012.
  
• 1014 years of experience as an MS SQL data modeler inclusive of data design/modeling monitoring and performance tuning.
  
• 1014 years of experience with SQL programming inclusive of stored procedures functions and triggers etc.
  
• 813 years of experience with SQL relational databases OLTP and DSS serving in high performance serviceoriented multitiered environments.
  
• 811 years of experience with configuration management for SQL database objects.
  
• 813 years of experience with database design tools.
