Our client in Phoenix is looking for LPNs to join their team!!
Start as soon as credentialed!
Your role:
- Arrive punctually at scheduled clinic locations and be prepared to work.
- Be flexible to float across all clinic locations as needed unless specialized skills are required.
- Follow all policies procedures and security regulations.
- Provide healthcare services within scope of practice following applicable guidelines statutes standards and regulations.
- Uphold the code of ethics associated with clinical specialty license or certification.
- Comply with client policies and procedures acting as a patient advocate to preserve autonomy confidentiality and dignity.
Ensure timely completion of clinical documentation in EMR system. - Maintain a minimum requirement of 4 shifts within a 28day period.
Requirements
- Minimum requirement of 4 shifts within a 28day period.
- Copy of current valid unrestricted license as an RN issued by the Arizona State Board of Nursing OR issued by a participating Compact State.
- Copy of current completed PSV from the National Council of State Boards of Nursing obtained via the following link: Nursys.
- Copy of current completed fit testing for N95 particulate respirators.
- Current First aid Certification
- Minimum one year of past work experience as an RN
- Demonstrated commitment to ethical and professional conduct.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt to changing work environments and schedules.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compliance with all federal and state laws governing healthcare practice.
- Proficiency in EMR systems preferred.
- Willingness to undergo any additional training as required by client or client policies
