Position: Finance Applications Lead

Location: Bryn Mawr PA

They will hire H1s require the person to be onsite for the first 3months and then a hybrid model 3 out of 5 days every week.

Must Haves:

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or relevant technical field
• 7 years minimum experience supporting implementing and designing Financial software applications in an SAP ERP environment.

• Familiarity with SAP FI/GL FIAP FIAR COOM Group Reporting and integration points with other business processes and applications.

• Advanced knowledge of SAP setup and configuration. Experience with SAP S/4HANA preferred.

Job Description:

What Youll Do:

The IT Finance Applications Lead supervises a team of systems analysts in supporting the companys enterprise financial applications primarily SAP. The Finance Applications Lead collaborates with business management and users to understand and support daytoday and future business needs. Main responsibilities include the FICO and Group Reporting modules within SAP S/4HANA and its ancillary systems (SAP BPC Power Plan etc.) This is a handson role that includes working with the business to develop/update application roadmaps identify solutions to new business needs support projects drive enhancements that generate business value and analyze and troubleshoot software issues. This role designs configures tests and implements SAP system changes.
