Role: Network Architect

Location: Nashville TN Candidate must be with 100 Miles but its remote only occasionally to go Onsite.

Job Description:

We are seeking a Cloud Network Architect to join our Network Engineering team contributing to the deployment of new projects and the migration of applications to the cloud environment. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in cloud architecture network design and infrastructure deployment with a proactive approach to work either independently or collaboratively within a team. Proficiency in scripting languages and network automation is advantageous.

Required:

• Candidate should have extensive experience in cloud architecture network design and infrastructure deployment.
• Ability to take initiative and work independently or with a team with minimal supervision.
• Experience with scripting languages and network automation is a plus.
• Bachelors Degree (or equivalent work experience) required.

Responsibilities:

• Design implement and manage cloud architectures focusing on network and security across AWS Azure OCI and GCP clouds.
• Have a comprehensive understanding of network technologies and concepts that includes routing switching firewalls and network monitoring and management.
• Design and engineer network solutions utilizing Cisco Palo Alto Aviatrix and complex BGP configurations.
• Develop test and upgrade enterprise network architectures for hybrid cloud and multicloud environments.
• Utilize Infrastructure as code tools particularly Terraform to automate and manage infrastructure deployments.
• Participate in capacity planning performance monitoring and system optimization activities to ensure optimal resource utilization.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to cloud and network infrastructure ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
• Work with engineers architects and IT support teams to establish guides procedures documentation using Jira and Confluence tools.
