Role & responsibilities
  • Able to develop excite and retain specialized talent essential
  • point of contact for the COO and the Global HR director for driving all people priorities
  • Joining and Onboarding: Support Talent Acquisition team in overseeing the onboarding process for new hires ensuring a smooth transition and integration into the firm.
  • Learning & Growing: designing and implementing specialized bespoke training learning programs to continuously develop the skills of specialists.
  • Performance Management: Overseeing performance evaluation processes ensuring that they are assessed based on their unique skill sets and contributions.
  • providing feedback and guidance for career development.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Supporting the leaders getting compensation benchmarking done proposing compensation packages for new hires Staffing: Supporting the staffing of the right member on the right engagement. This will be a global role and will involve staffing of members based out of global locations.
  • Will involve coordination with multiple stakeholders.
  • Employee Engagement: Managing employee relations issues and fostering a positive work environment. Analyzing survey results and drawing insights to address those concerns.
  • Data Analysis and HR Metrics: Utilizing HR analytics to measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives.
  • Compliance and Policy Implementation: Ensuring HR practices policies and procedures comply with the local labor laws and regulations.
Preferred candidate profile
8 years exp. in handling Human Resource function in the either Capability centres/Knowledge centres/ITeS/ MNC firms.
