East Fairview Church is a vibrant and growing community located just seven minutes from the heart of Manheim nestled amidst picturesque rural farmland. Our congregation comprises many young families eager to engage in meaningful worship experiences that honor God and foster community connections. As we continue to grow we seek a dynamic and multifaceted Worship Pastor who embodies the unique blend of an Artist and a Producer.

Tasks

As our Worship Pastor you will be pivotal in leading our congregation into transformative worship experiences. You will craft sonic landscapes that evoke emotion and beauty guiding our community into encounters with the divine. Additionally you will manage our online ministry ensuring that our digital presence reflects the heart of our worship and effectively engages our local and online communities.

• Lead congregational worship experiences that honor God and engage the community.
• Manage volunteer teams of musicians and techs fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
• Utilize your technical expertise to oversee East Fairviews online ministry ensuring a seamless and impactful digital worship experience.
• Care for our congregations spiritual and emotional wellbeing demonstrating empathy and compassion in all interactions.
• Collaborate with pastoral staff to integrate worship into the broader ministry of the church aligning with our mission and values.
• Integrate into the community and become active in the church and its ministries.

Requirements

• Evidence of a mature relationship with Jesus and a heart to pastor His people.
• A passionate and experienced worship leader deeply understanding the Artist/Producer Fader mindset. If you dont know your fader take the quiz here.
• An exceptional musician capable of leading vocally from guitar or keys.
• Proficient in managing volunteer teams of musicians and techs with the ability to cultivate a positive and supportive team culture.
• Technical knowhow to effectively manage the churchs online ministry including live streaming social media engagement and website management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with diverse audiences and build meaningful relationships.
• Strong organizational and planning skills with meticulous attention to detail in executing worship services and online initiatives.
