Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY

Responsible for the implementation of integrated marketing plans projects campaigns and resource development aimed to educate and engage with Be The Match Mexicos supporter community including registry members donors donor parents volunteers financial contributors corporate partners and the general public. Works on regional initiatives and adapts marketing efforts to the countrys regional cultural differences. Supports internal communications needs. Manages projects through their development cycle and collaborates with internal crossfunctional teams as well as with our external marketing agency to ensure projects meet defined objectives are delivered on time and yield effective results.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

  1. Develops communication assets and resources

Works collaboratively with the Marketing Manager and internal clients to understand business objectives and implement multichannel communications to meet goals. Communicates proactively by providing recommendations plans project status issues barriers and solutions.

Provides input on project/communication strategy that defines approach and inmarket tactics. Based on the strategy and campaign plans develops resources and executes communications in collaboration with our partner agency.

Works closely with the Design and Multimedia Specialist to develop new donor parent and volunteer stories adapting CTAs to business goals. Supervises testimonial projects through completion including video recording editing and publication. Manages communications and relationships with donors parents and volunteers.

Works closely with inregion BTMM representatives to develop and adapt marketing efforts to regional cultural differences.

Manages corporate partnerships and overviews comarketing initiatives from creation to completion.

  1. Manages internal and external resources

Provides direction to project team members and external vendors including production design mailing social media web public relations influencer marketing digital ads and others to implement tactics in a timely and effective manner.

Reviews materials from initiation through final approval ensuring thorough and timely revisions. Ensures content for promotional efforts is engaging increases awareness meets defined objectives and drives successful outcomes. Together with our lead designer facilitates brand review to ensure materials are consistent with our image.

Provides timely and effective project management and team communication from concept through implementation.

Develops and maintains effective working relationships with partner agencies internal clients and business partners throughout the organization to develop and execute projects effectively.

  1. Measures effectiveness of efforts

Collaborates with the Marketing Supervisor to establish clear project goals and works to achieve those goals in collaboration with the project team. Requests metrics from partner agencies as needed. Tracks and analyzes project metrics and progress to goal.

Creates and manages project timelines and budget tracking ensuring ontime onbudget completion of projectsfrom concept through implementation and measurement.

Regularly reports project results to Marketing Supervisor internal clients and General Manager. Provides meaningful updates to the broader project team and department. Provides recommendations for continuous improvement and optimization.

OTHER ACCOUNTABILITIES

Participates in the planning and budgeting process for marketing and communication programs in the yearly planning process.

Supports other departments and company initiatives involving marketing and communications. Includes internal process improvements.

Understands and interprets organization and audience branding standards to reinforce consistency and credibility of the brand across multiple audiences.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Skills and Abilities

Strong planning problemsolving and project management skills.

Strong attention to detail to implement projects in a fastpaced environment.

Must work efficiently on multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Strong relationshipmanagement skills.

Excellent written and oral communication.

Demonstrated ability to implement effective communication projects to engage and motivate audiences across multiple channels including social media web email PR and events.

Ability to fully comprehend Be The Match Mexicos mission operations and internal processes.

Ability to work with internal and external partners from our vertical support teams to local vendors including our marketing agency.

Demonstrates commitment to our cause and to creating a better Mexico.

Is attentive to industry practices and carries out research to be up to date on the latest marketing campaigns and communications trends.

Education and/or Experience

Bachelors degree with an emphasis in Public Relations Marketing Mass Communications or a related field.

Two to three years of experience creating and implementing integrated marketing/communication plans and projects; engaging audiences to learn and take action.

Project management experience including planning and execution is required as is marketing to B2C audiences across multiple communications channels.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.

Other Requirements

Availability for overnight travel international meetings and flexibility to work outside of core business hours (evenings weekends) is necessary.
