Junior Systems Analyst

Comex 2000 is currently seeking an enthusiastic and committed Junior Systems Analyst to join our IT and Systems Team.

This role will be based at our Wednesbury site Monday to Friday.

What are we looking for

We are looking for a motivated individual who will work closely with IT and Systems team and external partners to plan and integrate business applications and data analytics into current business processes to enhance the business with increased optimisation efficiency and accountability.

We are looking for someone with the following skills and qualifications:

• Understanding of Microsoft Power Platform
  
• Designing and developing Power Platform applications including Canvas apps Power Automate and Power BI
  
• Competent in problemsolving and developing solutions.
  
• Strong presentation and communication skills
  
• Ability to build and develop strong relations with both internal and external stakeholders.
  
• Strong evidence of personal motivation and drive
  
• Deliver excellence through working practices.
  

Requirements

What will you be doing

The core responsibilities will be

• Working within a small team providing support and development.
  
• Work closely with the team to ensure that deliverables are being met.
  
• Develop and implement efficient and scalable PowerApps applications ensuring adherence to best practices.
  
• Collaborate with other developers and IT teams to integrate PowerApps with existing systems and applications.
  
• Use Microsoft PowerBI to design deploy and manage beautiful and informative business reports and dashboards
  
• Produce written documentation to support your work report on your findings and to present to stakeholders where necessary.
  
• Consider opportunities limitations and potential risks attached to all solutions or advice.
  
• Ensure plans are made and processes are created to evaluate the impact of the changes made including taking responsibility for overseeing and reporting on this evaluation.
