Our production team is the heartbeat of our operations and we are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Production Control Manager to lead our production control activities. This pivotal role ensures the smooth and efficient operation of our production processes contributing directly to the companys success and our mission of Saving More Lives.

What youll do:

• Oversee daily production control activities to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.
• Develop and implement production planning strategies to meet customer demand and minimize production costs.
• Liaise with Production Quality and Supply Chain teams to optimize inventory levels and production schedules.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives within the production control department applying Autoliv Production System (APS) principles.
• Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and quality standards within the production control process.
• Monitor and report on key production control metrics to senior management.
• Manage and develop a team of production control professionals.

What is required:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Supply Chain Management Engineering or related field.
• 3 to 5 years of leadershipexperience in a production control or supply chain role within a manufacturing environment automotive industry experience preferred.
• Proven track record of leading teams and improving production control processes.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent organizational leadership and decisionmaking skills.
• Exceptional communication abilities with the capacity to collaborate crossfunctionally.
