At HAGIUS we are looking for a dedicated and detailoriented Front of House Supervisor to lead our team in managing daytoday operations on either a parttime or fulltime basis.

HAGIUS is a luxurious gym located in Berlin Mitte serving as a new haven for wellbeing and sports at the highest level. Launched in 2021 Hagius offers a range of services including group classes private training treatments and holistic health offerings. Infused with inspiration from art and culture Hagius is crafted to provide a multisensory experience aligning with the bodys biorhythm and seamlessly adapting to our clients needs.

Tasks

• Lead a dynamic team of Front of House employees to ensure the seamless operation of our luxurious studio and its surroundings
• Foster a supportive environment where your leadership will empower team members to maintain the highest standards of setup cleanliness and organization
• Inspire and guide your team to keep our studio wellstocked with towels water bottles equipment and toiletries ensuring our guests always feel cared for
• Create memorable experiences for our guests by coaching your team to provide warm greetings efficient checkins and helpful guidance throughout their visit
• Share your passion for HAGIUS with our guests through engaging presentations and explanations delivered by your enthusiastic team
• Empower your team to swiftly and effectively address guest requests and concerns ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence
• Cultivate a safe clean and inviting environment by leading your team in the meticulous maintenance of furnishings and equipment
• Lead by example in ensuring the venue is closed with precision and care leaving our guests with a lasting positive impression
• Nurture the professional development of your team by facilitating their attendance at communication meetings and training sessions
• Encourage a sense of ownership and pride in their work by entrusting your team with meaningful tasks designated by management

Requirements

• Proven work experience in a similar role demonstrating leadership and success in managing operations effectively
• Attentive and serviceminded attitude dedicated to providing exceptional experiences for our guests
• Excellent presentation skills with meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of cleanliness and organization
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities thriving in a fastpaced environment while maintaining efficiency and effectiveness
• Active listening and effective communication skills in both German and English enabling seamless interaction with guests and team members
• Teamoriented mindset fostering collaboration and cooperation among colleagues to achieve common goals
• Flexibility to work varying shifts demonstrating adaptability and commitment to meeting the needs of our dynamic environment
