Job Description
Position: Swiss Lathe Machinists
Shift: 2nd Hours: 3:00pm11:30 pm
Type: FullTime Mode: Temp to Hire /DP
Industry: Manufacturing
Our client is looking for a responsible Swiss Lathe Machinists this is a Temp to Hire or DP position with our key manufacturing client. To be considered for this role you will need 3 years of experience ; Aerospace experience preferred.
Job Description:
- Reads and Studies Blueprints and Customer Specifications to best perform Setup Operations and Adjustments of CNC Star Swiss Lathes. GCode edit experience is a plus.
- Performs Inspections of selfmachined parts (First Piece & InProcess)
- Candidates will perform Inspection of their produced parts using Gauges Calipers Micrometers etc.
- Responsible for Changing Offsets and Tools Performing GCode Edits and Preventative Maintenance of Machines
- Candidate is required to Setup Machines to achieve their full capabilities.
Requirements
- 2 Years: Setup Experience 2 Years: Swiss Lathe Machines
- Tool Making Experience (Preferred)
- Ability to work Independently and in a Team Environment
