This is a remote position.

As a SAAS (Software as a Service) Sales Representative you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by selling our cuttingedge software solutions to potential clients. This role involves identifying prospects conducting product demonstrations and guiding customers through the sales process. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background excellent communication skills and a passion for technology.



Requirements

  1. Prospecting and Lead Generation:

    • Identify and research potential clients in the target market.
    • Reach out to leads through cold calling email campaigns and networking.
    • Qualify leads to determine their interest and needs.
  2. Product Demonstrations and Presentations:

    • Conduct engaging product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our software.
    • Customize presentations to match the specific needs and pain points of potential clients.
    • Articulate the value proposition of our SAAS solutions clearly and effectively.
  3. Consultative Selling:

    • Understand the business challenges and goals of prospects.
    • Offer tailored solutions that address their specific needs and provide maximum value.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty.
  4. Sales Pipeline Management:

    • Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals.
    • Keep accurate records of interactions with prospects using CRM software.
    • Forecast sales targets and track progress against goals.
  5. Collaboration and Communication:

    • Work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
    • Communicate client feedback and market insights to the product development team.
    • Participate in regular sales meetings and training sessions to stay updated on product enhancements and sales techniques.
  6. Continuous Learning and Improvement:

    • Stay updated on industry trends competitive landscape and emerging technologies.
    • Seek feedback from clients and colleagues to refine sales strategies and approaches.
    • Take initiative in learning new sales methodologies and techniques to enhance performance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales preferably in the SAAS industry.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to understand technical concepts and convey them in a clear and concise manner.
  • Experience using CRM software (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot) for pipeline management.
  • Selfmotivated with a resultsdriven approach.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
