HR Systems Specialist

We are currently looking for (2) HR Systems Specialists for one of our clients in the insurance industry.

What is in it for you:

Hourly salary of $65.91 to $78.62 based on experience.
12month contract with potential for permanent employment.
Fulltime: 37.50 hours per week.
Daytime schedule may include early mornings or late evenings for office hours to accommodate team meetings.
Hybrid work: 3 remote days 2 office days.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with key stakeholders to execute cyclical activities (Performance Cycles Annual Compensation Cycles Goal Setting etc.) leading improvements and problemsolving related to the processes.
Serve as a solution domain expert supporting the discovery design configuration documentation testing and postimplementation of HR system enhancements.
Act as technical support to create and maintain custom reports and dashboards in our various HR tools (Workday Salesforce PowerBi etc.) to support our clients and the Advanced Analytic team.
Be responsible for the configuration testing and implementation of system upgrades ensuring compliance with our processes and procedures.
Create and maintain detailed configurations and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Balance multiple concurrent projects that require inputs from crossfunctional partners while managing expectations and the impact on end users.
In a supporting role assist with impact assessments regression testing and communication plans.
Stay current with the latest advancements and opportunities within our suite of HR technology (Workday Cornerstone Salesforce EdCast etc.).

What you will need to succeed:

3 years of experience in HRIS configuration and custom reporting/calculations.
3 years of experience in Workday configuration and custom reporting/calculations.
Experience working across the HR field supporting HR programs and cyclical events across Talent Management Talent Acquisition Compensation Time and Absence
Experience with large global organization and ability to implement solutions under tight timelines and prioritize work effectively to deliver successfully.
Experience in handling highly sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism within data privacy standards.
Solid understanding of data how to obtain interpret and use it for analysis and to help drive decisions.
Experience with ADP Global View (PECI PICOF EXPR) (an asset).
Workday Studio experience and/or Workday Pro Certification(s) (an asset).
Experience with JIRA or use and configuration of Salesforce for Case Management or a similar application (an asset).
Experience working in an agile environment (an asset).
Excellent customer service communication and relationshipbuilding skills including assessing needs building rapport and managing expectations through open and frequent communication.
Strong technical acumen logic judgment and decisionmaking.
Proven demonstration of initiative and a desire to build skills in new areas.
Solid consulting experience e.g. experience presenting explaining complex functionality developing the ability to influence.
Exemplify ethics and uphold all data privacy and compliance policies.
