Job Description

UCHealth Parkview Medical Center is looking for a locum CRNA to help fill their needs!

Details:

MondayFriday 7a3p
No call / No weekends
Hospital Based
Average number of Surgical cases per day: 25
80% General 10% Complex Vascular 10% Complex Orthopedic
Fellowship training is not required for cardiac or pediatric cases.
Locums will work at satellite locations which is across the street.
11 Anesthesiologists & 28 CRNAs in the group.
10 operating rooms.
OR equipment description: GE Carestation 650s.
EMR: EPIC
FTE: 1.5 1 Full time and 1 every other week 40 hours.
Required Procedures: General Anesthesia (Adult).
Preferred Procedures: Spinal Anesthesia Neurosurgical cases (spine) Complex vascular cases (except open heart) and complex orthopedic cases.
Credentialing Timeframe: 6090 days

Travel Requirements:
Must send provider flights and lodging info 4 weeks before start.
If Flights Up to xx750 RT cap
If Lodging Reimbursed by Receipt up to xx150 total per night cap.
If Car rental Reimbursed by Receipt up to an economy car cap.
If mileage IRS Standard Rate.

Rates to Submit:
Malpractice Must be included in the rates.
Orientation per hour of orientation or training
Hourly Per hour for any hour up to X hours per day. 1hour unpaid lunch included in each shift.
Overtime per hour for any hour beyond x hours per day
All corresponding holiday rates.
Conversion Fee 25K cap set out by UCHealth.

NBCRNA Certified REQUIRED
Active CO License REQUIRED or IMLC (LOQ IN HAND AT TIME OF SUBMISSION)
Active BLS REQUIRED
Must disclose the # of years of Epic Experience and the Last MM/YYYY provider used EPIC REQUIRED
Clean Malpractice/Background REQUIRED
COVID VACCINATED REQUIRED
