About this role......

• Collect and understand the objective of clients requests and process with internal teams in a timely manner.
• Coordinate between client(s) and internal functional areas for the successful delivery of email / online marketing projects and other initiatives
• Assist the delivery of marketing campaigns / CRM / loyalty programme initiatives for clients
• Responsible on daily routine and ongoing projects to ensure a timely and quality delivery
• Provide insight and solutions to clients when applicable
• Support the managers to maintain and grow accounts through exceeding clients expectation and identifying potential growth opportunities

You might fit for the role if you have......

• Degree in business administration or related discipline with at least 2 years working experience
  
• Background in the field of client focus position or experience in agency account servicing will be an added advantage
• Detailminded proactive cando attitude and excellent in analytic and problemsolving skills
• Good time management project management and negotiation skills
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
