Job Requirements:

• SAP Notices
  • Review SAP Cloud notices and support in any action that needs to be taken as a result of the notices.
• Performance Management Administration (iPower)
  • Manage any feed issues between iDASH and iPower
    • Follow up with respective parties for daily errors
• Work with the business process lead to complete the quarterly updates
• Perform the quarterly updates
• Support below SuccessFactors modules
  • Performance and Goals
  • JAM
  • Learning
  • Development and Mentoring
  • Talent Search
  • Reports and Dashboards
  • Mobile
  • Notifications
  • Role based permissions
  • Employee Profile/Talent Card
• Work with IT team to maintain all SSO configurations
• Follow the current process for creating external users and providing access
• Provide training documentation for IT service desk and work with them on daily user resolutions
• Support all upcoming processes on an ongoing basis:
  • Goal Setting
  • Quarterly Reviews
  • Performance Management
  • Talent Reviews
• LMS Administration
  • Troubleshoot user connector errors on an ongoing basis
  • Maintain the references as needed (domains facilities facilitators)
  • Roles and permissions
  • Edit current canned reports by request
  • Create ORD Dashboard (work with the business process lead for requirements)
  • Provide reports as requested
  • Training assignments requested by the business
  • Creating items scheduled offerings as requested
  • Maintain curriculums
  • Assignment profiles
  • Manage all interaction with SAP support open and close tickets etc.
